We want you to look and feel good! Knowing that, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If this is the case, we are happy to issue a BOUTIQUE CREDIT to you if you contact us upon receipt of the item and the item is shipped back within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the item.
GUIDELINES TO RETURN AN ITEM:
- The item cannot be worn or washed and the tags must still be attached. If there are smells of perfume, smoke, or signs the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping fees are non refundable.
- To initiate a return, please email email@example.com and include your full name, order number and description of the item you wish to send back. In the subject heading of your email please write RETURN NEEDED to help us process your inquiry right away. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization Form. Please follow the instructions on the return form and be sure to include a note with your name and order number in your package. Please DO NOT send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization Form. We will not be able to process your return without it and we will need this form to be included with the return package as well.
- Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once we receive.
EXCHANGES: We do NOT offer exchanges at this time, however, if you see your size still available you can choose to start a new purchase for that item.
